  hi seller, i noticed remarks on item sent out 24 oct 2018, today is 7 nov 2018 and i still have not received item. was it really being sent out, singapore post has been very reliable from my experience from other sellers.

I noted that the status (order #277991459) is still "Preparing Item". Have it been sent out? I have requested on 7 Oct for an earlier delivery date and you obliged to my request saying that you would send out asap. But when I checked with you on 11 Oct again for the delivery date, you said around 20 Oct. After multiple checking, you finally said you will send out today, which I can't even tell from the shipping status whether you have shipped it out or not. If you can't send out the item early, then you don't promise the customer that you can do it!
